Grandma the Babywearer
I was taking some photos of the kiddos the other day and my camera yelled at me! MEMORY CARD FULL! (Seriously, it uses capital letters and everything!)
WTF? How’s that even possible? I upload my photos ALL the time!
Er… I did. Before we moved. I didn’t even know where my camera cord was!
Luckily, we’re somewhat organized in the technology accessory department and I quickly found the cord and managed to upload over a month’s worth of photos. Oops. I know there are photos on the other camera too that need to get uploaded, but that can wait because I am majorly behind on photo work!
So that’s what I’m doing right now. Sorting through photos. And by sorting, I mean going through and picking some to export so I can blog them. Other tasks, to be done another day, include making the Bean’s 3 and 4 month albums (oops) and someday organizing these photos so they make some sense. It’s all by date right now, which is not entirely helpful.
Anyway. I hope to have some house pictures up soon. But before I dig into that I simply had to post this adorable picture of my mom, aka Grandma, who visited us recently, with the Bean. Aren’t they cute?
Just the other day I had this same sling on and some friends asked if I had given into the temptation to get more slings for the Bean.
I am here to tell you that I have not! I have been very, very good. The only thing I’ve done is to get a short wrap sewn into a ring sling, something I always meant to do with the Boo but never got around to it. I figured if I want it to be a ring sling I better pay someone else to do it else it will never get done, and thusly never used, and thusly a waste to begin with. So paying someone was obviously the right thing to do. Carrie Logic at its finest!
